Export Compliance

To expedite the required export control process, Exosearch collects an End User Declaration (EUD) and transmits your completed form to manufacturers, and some service providers, when required by their policy.

Why this applies to your request

Aerospace and defense components are typically controlled under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) administered by the U.S. Department of State. These rules govern where an item may be shipped, who may receive it, and what it may be used for — including controlled technical data such as drawings and specifications.

To stay compliant, Exosearch collects an End User Declaration (EUD) before releasing controlled information. The declaration is a signed document identifying the ultimate end user, the destination country, and the intended application.

How the process works

    Email your request

    Send a request to export@exosearch.io from your business email address. Include your company details, the products you are interested in, and the intended end use.

    We verify the request

    Our team screens the request against U.S. restricted-party and embargo lists and confirms that the item and destination are eligible.

  3. 3

    You receive a form link

    Once verified, we reply with a direct link to the End User Form. The link is issued per request and is not published on this site.

  4. 4

    Submit the declaration

    Complete the form using the End User Declaration instructions below. We confirm receipt and proceed with your inquiry.

  • Part numbers or links to the product pages you need
  • A short description of the intended end use

Requests we cannot support

We are unable to proceed with a request where:

  • The end user, intermediate consignee, or destination appears on a U.S. restricted-party list or is located in an embargoed or sanctioned country.
  • The stated end use involves prohibited applications, including chemical, biological, nuclear, or missile-related activity.
  • The end user cannot be identified, or the information provided cannot be verified.

Providing false or misleading information on an End User Declaration is a violation of U.S. law and may carry civil and criminal penalties.
